What services does Envision Wellbeing offer?
We offer Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, and supportive mental health services rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
Who can refer to Envision Wellbeing?
You may refer yourself or be referred by a hospital, social worker, case manager, school, primary care provider, or community agency.
Who is ARMHS for?
ARMHS is designed for adults with Medical Assistance (MA) who have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and would benefit from support with daily functioning. Eligibility is reviewed during intake.
Does Envision Wellbeing accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medical Assistance and other plans depending on the service. Insurance and eligibility are verified before services begin.
Does Envision Wellbeing you offer telehealth services?
Yes. Telehealth is available when clinically appropriate and aligned with your needs
